Property Access

  • Ski On/Off: This home is located on the Great Eastern ski trail and offers ski on/off access when the trail is open. Early/late season trail conditions are weather-dependent, and neither the host nor property manager is responsible for these conditions. Reservations cannot be canceled due to weather or lack of snow. For up-to-date trail information, visit the Killington Resort website before booking. Your dates may fall under early/late season rates.
  • Private Shuttle Services: In partnership with Ski On Ski Off Killington, private shuttle services to the ski lifts and town are available for an additional fee. Contact for details.
  • Please note: The property uses a ladder to access the bunk beds. By renting this property, you agree to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death resulting from use of the ladder.

Policies and Rules

  • Rental Agreement: Guests must e-sign and return the written rental agreement.
  • Guest Occupancy: Maximum guest occupancy is 8. Do not exceed the agreed guest occupancy. Over-occupancy will result in immediate eviction and fines.
  • Minimum Rental Age: 25 years or older.
  • Shoes: Please do not wear shoes inside the house.
  • Smoking Policy: No smoking is allowed inside the house, including e-cigarettes. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. A $750 fine will be charged for smoking inside the house.
  • Fireworks: Not permitted.
  • Parties/Events: Not allowed.
  • Pets: Pet friendly with payment of non-refundable pet fee per dog. Maximum of 99 pets allowed.
  • Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM. The property may use Minut, a smart home device that monitors noise levels to address disturbances. Minut does not record conversations and is privacy compliant. Required for this property.
  • Winter Weather: No refunds are offered due to weather or ski trail conditions. All-wheel drive and winter tires are strongly recommended.

Fees and Payments

  • Hot Tub: Included for peak ski season weekends (late December to mid-March). Optional $195 setup fee applies for other periods. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk and you accept responsibility for any injury arising from use. Owner and property manager are held harmless.
  • Pets: Non-refundable pet fee per dog.
  • Smoking: $750 fine for smoking inside the house.
  • Private Shuttle: Additional fee applies.
  • Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Cameras: Exterior cameras are present and may record at all times. No cameras in living areas.
  • Ladder Safety: See above. Use of the ladder to access bunk beds is at your own risk.
  • Limitation of Liability: The owner and rental agent are not liable for injuries or damages to the tenant or guests during occupancy. Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the property manager and representatives from claims or legal actions arising from use or occupancy of the premises.
